At Eunoia Communications, we like to know and explore a little bit about everything. You just never know what will lead to a great new concept or promotion idea.
With this in mind, we will share recommendations on our inspiration in this section every month—there’s a little bit of everything. From arts to music and culture, history and science, even sports! Whatever might be curious, topical or worthy of a conversation.

Watching
Famous last words: Dr Jane Goodall (Netflix)
The English conservationist left this world last month, following a remarkable life of scientific discovery. Few have inspired as she has; leaving this interview behind as a beautiful parting gift. May she and her work always be remembered.
Beyond Paradise (ABC IView) and Hudson & Rex (SBS On-Demand) Both shows have that perfect mix of likable characters, beautiful backdrops and just enough story to stay engaging without getting too dark or having to concentrate too hard. Not a big fan of crime shows but these are easy.
Listening
Minnz Piano
This Singapore-based artist recreates popular music as calming piano melodies from Wicked to Harry Potter and Taylor Swift. It’s easy evening listening for the young and young at heart.
Jane Austen Stories (Noiser Network)
Pride and Prejudice is my all-time favourite book so thrilled to discover a new podcast narrated by none other than Dame Julie Andrews. Here’s to grand estates, “taking tea with well-dressed gentlewomen,” and the politics of a dance.
Reading
This Impossible Life, Matt Haig
This is the enthralling tale of retired math teacher Grace Winters and a twist of fate. Set in Ibiza, a place I had never considered visiting before reading this novel, it is a truly human and heartfelt story.
The Good News Network (website)
I love checking for stories that balance the world’s heaviness with a reminder of human kindness and hope. GNN is an antidote to everything else; a reminder that there’s a lot of good happening quietly in the background.
